Meanwhile, despite Barry\'s best efforts to keep his new superhero identity a secret from his best friend, Iris West becomes rather curious about "the red streak."

New spoilers for CW\'s new hit television show "The Flash" suggests that Barry Allen\'s powers will suddenly disappear in a fight with another metahuman, leaving him weak and defenseless. However, despite Barry\'s promise to Detective West, Iris is becoming more and more curious about "the red streak."

Carter Matt writes that the CW released the episode synopsis for "Fastest Man Alive," which suggests that Barry\'s powers fail him during a crucial moment. Even though he stopped six gunmen from killing a scientist named Simon Stagg, Barry passed out when he tried to hunt them down.

To make matters worse, adds the International Business Times, the six gunmen were clones. The metahuman Danton Black, who is also known as Multiplex, has come to Central Cty to wreak havoc. The Flash has to stop him, but first, he has to figure out why he passed out during a fight.

Aside from a new metahuman running around the city and causing chaos, Barry\'s promise to Detective West to keep his daughter Iris in the dark about the Flash is put to the test after she becomes rather curious about Central City\'s newest superhero.

The trailer for "Fastest Man Alive" shows a clip of the Flash saving a family from a burning home and Barry telling someone who is off-camera that "everybody\'s out, what else do you have for me?"

In the next scene, Detective West is chiding Barry and reminding him that he already has a job in law enforcement. Meanwhile, Dr. Wells, Caitlin, and Carlos urge their friend to remember that he has limits and could hurt himself if Barry pushes his body too far.

There\'s also a brief glimpse of Multiplex cloning himself, including a quick scene of an army of clones invading a laboratory. The trailer ends with Carlos and a distraught-looking Barry studying Danton\'s history online, probably in an attempt to figure out how to stop him.

Will Barry learn how to control his new powers or will Multiplex bring him down? Make sure that you tune in to the CW tomorrow night at 8p.m. in order to find out!
