Explain "Scemo".

Sometimes I dress mais scene and other times I dress mais emo, but what is "Scemo" and how can this be accomplished? Is it like a cruz between the two styles or is it a back-and-forth thing like I've been doing? Or is it mais like looking one way and thinking another?
