let's try not to make it a Chase/Cameron/Foreman love tribute
we love them as a team here

because neurologist and immunologist and intensive care + surgeon is so much cooler than plastic surgeon and rehab/sports medicine and Internist and neurologist.

besides, ducklings specialties are more useful than the newbies.
