	jemgrl323 picked Justin {Ugly Betty}: I always thought Millicent was kind of boring... but I loved her friendship with Brooke. In season 7 her new modeling job and drug addiction turned her into a shallow and selfish character that seemed to get much stupider... but at least she was kind of interesting. I didn't like her in season 7 but at least she didn't bore me the way she did in seasons 5 and 6. But I can't choose her as my least favorite because I really did like her friendship with Brooke and loved the way she stood up to Victoria several times in order to defend Brooke. Justin is okay... but kind of annoying. posted over a year ago.
