cause' in Eclipse in chapter 6 Bella clearly states "Thats it I'm tired of all this fighting I'm netural territory I'm Switzerland." and the idea was born

Because also Switzerland is a nuetral Country.

Because when Jacob and Edward were fighting over Bella she said "Ok,I am Team Swizerland." she ment they should stop fighting and that she likes them both equaly.
