Hiding in Plain Sight

    Things that are important to me, I hide in plain sight. These things are always with me. For example, the colar I am wearing now is square, and has a blue stone. Taped to the back is a picture of my mom and dad in high school. I wrote on the back, “Missed you Sunshine.” Because that’s what my dad said to my mom a while back, when they were still fighting. Nobody knows this but LeShequa and Genn. And Dominic. Duh. I am defiantly not a beauty queen like Hanalei, but I do wear a lot of jewelry....

One ano later: September 10 8:30pm

1st grade

We rushed to the hospital, my mom screaming. I started to cry, not knowing what was wrong. The doctor rushed her to a room and told me to stay in the waiting room. I sat down on a chair and watched the TV. Duncan walked through the door and smiled as soon as he saw me.

Gwen: What are you doing here?

Duncan: I heard that your mom was having a baby so I told my parent to drop me off here.

Gwen: Oh…

It was pretty quite and me and Duncan just watched the TV. After a while the nurse came in and she looked at me with watering eyes.

Was evening.I opened my laptop to look for Total Drama Online.I was looking for Duncan and the 'My dream would me with _________, doing what?' section.It was typing: I can't say who because you know her: strong personality, really hot, speaks her mind.
