Well there is always going to be someone with a better voice. I personally thought that Tara Strong could do an awesome voice for Gwen. However, once I started to hear Gwen's voice por Meghan F. I loved it. Her voice fit the part and made Gwen the character she is.

lol I didn't know who Courtney's voice actress was until I looked it up. Since its a Canadian show, American atrizes like Cameran Diaz and Megan raposa can't do the voices. :P
