Sam was the best part of the episode, and the car chase scene. "'Well, that honestly never occurred to me.' I'm gonna kill him!" One of my favorite lines.

I like this episode but I gave it a 7 because of Cassie I think. She wasn't a bad character but for Dean to have been in love with her at one point shook me a little.

I don't mind Cassie so much, although she's certainly not a favourite character of mine. But I love the idea that Dean fell in love and bared his soul to her. It just adds to his character and shows that when he loves, he doesn't hold back. And it also gives some more insight into why he's a love 'em and leave 'em kind of guy. Once bit, twice shy.

Also Sam teasing Dean about Cassie is beyond funny.
Unfortunately the ghost truck just comes off as a bit lame.

for the teasing from sammy and seeing dean shirtless was really great to see but the truck was kinda lame if u ask me

one of my least favourite ever episode...not because of the boys, or cassy, i don't mind her...but the storyline??? cmon, guys, you can do better than that!!

This question is closed now but I rate "Route 666" a 10. I loved the Dean and Cassie sex scene ;).
