I'm a total sucker for funny musical crap like that. Once More With Feeling is one of the best Buffy episodes ever!

Maybe it's my general dislike for musicals, but I find the thought of Sam & Dean singing and dancing pretty deterring. Also, like DarkSarcasm said, too much crack kills and we've had quite a lot of crack this season. I'd much rather see the show return to its darker, more serious roots.

No. Supernatural is NOT the kind of show that can have a Muscial episode...they've done a lot of things but this would be crossing a line.

Ok, for one episode though. I'd be cute to see Cass and Balthazar singing. It might be worth it to see Bobby dancing too^-^

Depending on how they do it (if they get to do it) it could be either really great or really bad. But I think they could make it epic. A lot of people were worried about the Meta Episode, but I always had faith in the writers to pull it off and it turned out to be one of everyone's favorite episodes this entire season. If they think they can pull a musical off without it looking incredibly dorky, or being completely irrelevant to the storyline than I have full faith they can pull it off!

Well, in the television world it's the big thing right now! I mean, Buffy's was great and they also made it so that a demon was causing the singing, why not do the same?
Just a couple episodes ago, Grey's Anatomy did it and they just pulled songs off their soundtrack and made them in a musical sort of way. House did the same a couple weeks before.
But truely, Buffy had pulled it off why not Supernatural? I mean singing possibly dancing, that would just be funny to watch and entertaining at the sametime. I think we should, just to try it :)

^^ Just because other shows do it doesn't mean they have to jump on the bandwagon, and I just don't think it would fit the show. In general Supernatural is a darker show than Buffy. Sure they've had some lighter, more comedic episodes like "Changing Channels" and that was all well and good and outrageously funny, but I honestly think a musical episode is pushing it too far.

Not only that, but a Supernatural musical would always be compared to the Buffy one and probably come up short, because as much as I love SPN nothing can top Once More With Feeling.

P.S. The Grey's Anatomy musical sucked. They didn't do original songs, the singing wasn't great and I just don't think it was appropriate for a show like Grey's Anatomy. Them singing while they are frantically trying to save their friend's life is ridiculous.
