I know there are more Sam and Dean fans, but there are also a lot of Cas fans. The writers can't have us waiting for months to see our favorite character back and then to have Dean say 'Oh, btw, Cas is dead'

HELL NO. Cas isn't dead.

I highly doubt it. But even if Cas really were dead, I'm sure he'd still show up again somehow.

I'm pretty sure that something happened between Dean and Cas in Hell that Dean doesn't want Sam to know about. Maybe Dean and Benny finally tracked Cas down and Cas didn't approve of Benny or the plan. Maybe they fought, maybe Dean left Cas there on purpose. I don't know. All I know is that it was bad enough that Dean doesn't want to share.

Cas, Sam, and Dean are like Kenny from South Park...even if they die they come back. So I'm not really worried.

ummm...okay....I'll pretend I didn't see the above spoiler and state my opinion that Cas is not dead. If Dean didn't see him die with his own eyes, that leaves it so wide open for him to come back...and I'm sure he will.
