This is an artigo my friend wrote a while ago, trying to explain the various creatures, objects and places featured in sobrenatural to non-watchers.

Spirits / Ghosts
• Ghosts of people who have died, are still here for: revenge, just an evil soul naturally, unfinished business
• Some spirits may only be seen por certain people – those with psychic abilities, those the spirits wish to harm or contact, or those in a certain state of mind.
• Ghosts are tied to one place and cannot leave it, usually where they died.
• Ectoplasm*
• Can make lights flicker on and off, move...

Ok guys, if you don't believe me, here is the proof! This is the exact email I got back from EA Games Utah Producer, Megan Myers. This is the EA Company that creates the Sims Games if you didn't know that which is perfect for a sturdy sobrenatural creation! I'll see what I can do for us in the near future :)
