oi Guys just here to tell you that it's not your fault and you can do something about it, I know that it can be hard to speak out and that sometimes there is a large pool of hurt but there is people that you can turn to for help.

There is a common misconception that there is nothing that you can do... You can and don't let anything tell you otherwise.

I know what it is like and I know how bad it feels, please, please, please no matter what he/she has done to you talk to someone that you know well and can trust, becasue if you just leave it to bottle up on the insde, because it is not worth the pain and the coração ache that follows.

try to talk to your counciler if you have one because they can help you throuth it too.
