people who abuse children are obviously very very sick. you would not being doing something so horrible if you werent. and if you are actually insane, its better to get help then to just get rid of someone (i dont believe in capital punishment, its not different than murder). if the person is not actually insane and just an extremely horrible and deranged person, i think its best for them to go to jail or somewhere where they never get to go near children ever again.
