Is Jonghyun going to quit SHINee?

Since Jonghyun is in SM the ballad, does that mean that he is not a SHINee anymore?

Good :D I think he is great in the ballad, but I think he is happier with SHINee :D or it looks like he wants to be in SHINee :D they are sooo close :)
