If getting my hair done Thursday. What as cores should I make it?

Ok so i want to completely change my hair. I'm getting bangs,layering my hair, and getting it trimmed. I'm also getting it colored. I'm either going Platnium blonde or black with highlights. Do you think it should be blonde or black, and what color highlights should I do? I was thinking blue,pink,and purple highlight, but idk haha =P
