It could be possible that chibi chibi is daughter of Rini/Chibiusa. The Sailor Moon título (and all of the other Sailor Senshi/Scouts' titles) could pass to their future daughters.. A good theory could be that when Rini is declared the seguinte queen, she has chibi chibi as daughter and she will pass to be the seguinte Sailor Moon and soon-to-be Sailor Cosmos. So I think she could be Rini's daughter.
