Yeah, I kinda agree with Flana_2 but also she WAS Rosalie Hale and it's kinda nice to have one for the human girl who had everything she wanted but got it ripped away from her and then there is Rosalie Cullen, the vampire
Rosalie Cullen was the first one but because people are obsessed with the fact her name is really Hale and not Cullen, they felt the need to make another one and now there are two. But because different people have medals on them both it would be unfair to eliminar one.
