Activities to Do Over Summer

Since I usually have a shitty ability to maintain a good mental state and mood during the summer due to the lack of a schedule, lack of distractions and activity, lack of natural casual social interaction, lack of need to do anything, and just the overall lack of everything during the summer, I am going to set up a plan and a schedule.

  1. At least an hour of Video Gaming

  2. A funny / amusing / silly / upbeat anime episode just before bed as to counter my tendency to fall negative at night

    1. Current choice : Rewatch Love Stage

  3. Every other day, do some decent exercising

  4. 2 out of every 3 days should be going outside and doing something, avoid staying at home all day if possible

  5. Find some time to play the trumpet

    1. Maintain Range

    2. Maintain Articulations

    3. Maintain Volume

    4. Learn Songs of Interest

  6. Prepare and plan for time out in UC Davis (necessaries, clothing, social media)

  7. At least two days a week, go tend to the animal related volunteer locations.

    1. Search out more locations to volunteer at online

  8. If bored, feel free to research into one of the following topics you are highly interested in / want to get a start on:

    1. Review Calculus

    2. Research Chemistry / Biology / Biochemistry

    3. Look more into Music Theory

    4. Learn a Language

    5. Learn Coding / HTML Coding

    6. Anything ELSE that might come to interest

  9. GET SOME GODDAMN ORTHOPEDICS FOR YOUR DAMN ASS FEET.

  10. Bonus points if you can actually talk to someone irl and set up a hang out OTHER than your boyfriend.

  11. When in doubt, go for a walk.

  12. Also sleep at the latest of 2 AM, most days, sleep before 1 AM. Wake up regularly before 11 AM.

  13. SUGGESTION AND NOT A COMMITMENT. Go on a morning run / bike every so often.
