Well...I think so. Her body changes obviously, and she has blood pumping through her body, so she might be able to have her period. Overrall, perhaps her being half-human makes her able to reproduce, or have children :)

I'm quite sure the answer would be yes; lobisomens imprint on people that they have the best chance of 'reproducing' with, so to speak. So, Jacob imprinted on Renesmee and that's what makes me think that she can have kids. Hope this helps!
