If I really really love that person enough, I think I would.
It brings me back to the times in Biology class where our teacher gives a situation about something then you will explain what you will do like: Would you let her die or live? Something like that.

Can I say something to anyone who answers this pick?

DO NOT EVER TELL OTHERS ABOUT SOMEONE'S ANOREXIA WITHOUT THEIR PERMISSION.

It's about the worst thing you could do to them. The last thing they need is to feel betrayed and like they have no control of the situation. You need to find a way to help them personally; you can't just play hot potato and put the issue in someone else's hands because you don't want to deal with it. By all means, send the anorexic to professional help, but only when they are ready.

Thank u for telling that...yeah and I totally agree...telling someone else and betray the person that has trust u his big problem is just wrong...I think that at that point it gets even worse...u should go slow and talk to them so they feel safe and slowly convincing them or make them see that they have an eating disorder and that is life-threatening.
