Its not that white is comforting, its that black isnt. Ever notice the bad guys seem to always wear black lol. When i look at black i see uncertainity and thats never comforting.

White always seems so sterile and cold to me. It makes me feel exposed. Black is like a cloak that wraps you up and keeps you safe. And I suppose all kinds of psychological inferences could be construed in that! lol
