Icy would put up a hell of a fight, though. Though, I am questioning how powerful Icy really is if she let Bloom defeat her over and over again... though that just may be due to plot and writing.
But why would you do this to me lol? I love them both and they are both amazingly powerful. But as said above fire melts ice. Azula is a child prodigy who mastered about 14 forms as a little girl. Moreover her fire burns hotter than the average. She also doesn't just work in fire but in lightning as well. She successfully conquered a kingdom that not even army could penetrate. Azula also took down the Avatar (most powerful in his series). And she is very good with planning and has some skill with acrobatics and weaponry.
Icy's done some pretty nifty stuff too though, like summoning an army of rot and decay and some nightmare inducing creature.
@hatelarxene The reason she 'let' Bloom defeat her over and over is (exactly as you said) because of shitty writing. The author has such a strong Bloom bias it kills the show. He never lets any of his villains win. It seems like he purposely dumbs his villains down. If he actually tried, Icy could probably do some neat stuff.
