Cryptograms are a fairy easy puzzle type to solve. Each letter in the quote stands for another letter. For instance, MXI UPRQH QRM would translate to THE BLACK CAT. If you get stuck, try looking for patterns. For instance, single letters are most likely to translate to I or A.
