I need help!!!!!! I need to lose weight soon fast!!

I am 14 years old 5'3 180 lbs and i wanna lose weight fast please help any plans anything i want to lose before i start high school! Please help me! :( I see myself in the mirror and and feel terrible please im asking something from the coração please help me.:(

The weird thing is i dont look like i weigh that much i look 50 pounds lighter i just want to lose the weight.

You know i cant eat twinkies because they are disgusting and i am not on the computer all the time it just makes it hard to lose weight when you have asthma attacks everyday.:(

Yeah and the only reason i gained weight is because i was laying in a hospital cama for two weeks on a breathing machine it will obviously make me gain weight just lying there.
