Is there a reason why fanpop forums seem relegated to mini-games?

Or...I guess the aleatório club forums.
respostas seem mais like the place for discussion on Fanpop, however, Forums lets you post multiple times (Answers lets you do it under certain buggy steps). pesquisas sometimes have discussion too.
Just kinda curious because one of the most used sites I use now is Gamefaqs, which is a game fórum site. I'm very used to talking about games there, answering perguntas and giving feedback and everything. Sometimes fanpop forums are used for actual discussion, but a lot of times its just mini-games.
Is something about respostas and pesquisas make it seem mais discussion friendly than club forums? Does it have something to do with the notifications?

Also I'm posting here because this is a pergunta and I'm bored, and I already know the answer to this question, probably, but I'm asking anyways just because.

Roleplaying is popular, so people post them in forums.

The entire site is used for discussion tbh but forums allows for a mais organized format for games/activities. That's why the minigames are confined to forums. To be honest the forums are still half-assed compared to other sites.

I always thought that the forums section was always for games and such.
