Here's my reasoning. Nazis follow a certain style of combat, based on the way they were trained. That combat relies on group tactics, often relying on the use of a machine gun.
Here's the thing. He's not going to be able to walk around in public with a machine gun, and if he doesn't want to be questioned, and possibly chased down por the police, he'd have to carry a pistol, or possibly a rifle.
Now, nazi rifles were one of two things, G43, or K98K. Both of those rifles are very very obsolete, and have heavy recoil. I doubt that a zombie would be robusto, forte, cerveja preta enough to handle the recoil of an 8mm mauser without breaking their shoulder, especially if the nazi has been dead and decomposing for a long time, as almost any dead nazi would have been.
If he has a pistol, and can support the recoil of a 9mm, then he would be at a disadvantage against most modern pistols, either for being less powerful, as in the case of modern revolvers, or por having less magazine capacity, as in most modern semi automatic pistols. This is also assuming he can support the firearm well enough to actually aim it.
So his tactics are useless outside of the field of battle, and his firearms are either outdated or ill suited to decomposing flesh.
I would much rather fight a nazi zombie than fight a neo nazi.
