Since everyone has already said the words of cheering up, Ill cover mais of the how to stop if you really do want to stop cutting.
I honestly cant say Ive ever cut myself or anything but Ive researched how to stop for other reasons that would take too long to elaborate.
First and foremost would be the basic, get a rubber band, keep it around your wrist and arm. If you feel the urge to cut or something pull on it causing the band to hit you arm instead. Use it as a bit of a reminder that you shouldnt.
Im guessing though with how many cuts there are that its not that simple so Id also be out to say try to remove as many things as you can that could be use for cutting yourself from your reach. Cutting is something that requires tools, if you cant get the tools or cant get the tools then you cant do it. Even if you make it harder to get them itll probably give you mais time to consider what you are doing and think it through and ultimately make it harder to cut.
Then theres journal keeping where you keep a journal of how long youve been "Cut Free" so you can get the "Im doing good" feel. In addition to this, you can set prizes for youself at the end of each stretch. Say you go a week without cutting, heres a prize you treat yourself with. Then make it a month. And so on. Classical conditioning.
Then theres journal composição literária or some kind of creative form of expressing yourself when you feel like cutting. Usually cutting is the result of some kind of distress or emotion that is causing a build up. Releasing in another method would be good.
Talk to someone who might be able to help you or may encourage you.
Create some kind of coping measure as a distraction or way to lean yourself off of it. This may take the form of getting really into somehting or maybe transfering the need to cut into something similar but less severe.
Generally lowering your stress and doing things that would raise the 'happy hormones' would probably help in reducing the need to cut indirectly so perhaps you should take up a regular work out regimen or begin meditating..?
And I said this before. Talk to someone who might be able to help you.
And I know all of this may not work and its probably easier said than done to stop, but its my two cents as to how to stop if that is what you want. I personally have never cut, I repeat, so I do not speak from experience but rather mais of just the sheer research Ive done.
Do something, anything that you like doing. Don't think about harming yourself, think that you can make it to another hora without doing it. Talk to someone if you can but you don't necessarily have to talk about this. Just about anything to distract you from this. Be strong, this will pass.
Go to a psychologist. Talk to a friend. Watch Onision's vídeos about cutting...just get help. Don't fucking sit there and keep cutting. Actually help yourself, don't hurt yourself. There's probably people out there who would hate to see you gone...I personally don't know you, but I have a friend who cuts, and it breaks my coração to think that they think so little of themselves that they'd be reduced to cutting and scarring themselves. I know she's beautiful, and that saddens me, because she can't see it. And know what? You're probably beautiful in your own way...sewing, drawing, singing...everyone has a talent. Just...think of all the things you're happy for. And there's always bad in life. Just take it in with the good. Get over it. And here's l eating a cookie.
You need to talk to someone. If no one knows about this, no one can help. So talk to someone you feel like you have a strong relationship with. Try to visit a local psychologist/psychiatrist and tell them about your issue. It will help ease the pain.
Focus on other things, on activities you like. It's not impossible to occupy yourself with something.
Remember, the world is not always a shitty place. You're beautiful and make a difference to this world.
