Like sometimes its fricken wonderful and its really calm and relaxing, but sometimes its really bad and really makes me uncomfortable.
Cause my mind is not restricted to wandering into the pleasant, enjoyable, and likable stuff. It can wander into things I dont want ot think about, think of the worst case scenario, remind me of the things I still need to get done, make me contemplate stuff that I shouldnt bother contemplating etc.
Generally its a wonderful thing and I amor it but to answer the question.

Its like a ratio of like 70-80% wonderful then 20-30% horrible.
