This guy said I was texting his line saying "I amor you" but clearly i wasn't. He's telling everyone how i like him but i told him a million times that i didn't. Is he arrogant, or insecure?

He's probably just being stupid and wants people to think that a girl is into him. Just tell people that you don't really like him and ignore everything he says. He'll most likely stop eventually.
