Have you ever experienced a brain-freeze before?

I have at times particularly when I eat ice cream including ice cream bars as well as frutas bars and I must say experiencing a brain-freeze can be a little unpleasant😬😁

Yes, I have and it's awful especially if I eat anything frozen, like ice cream fast. So, I try to eat it slowly, nothing happens if you eat Frozen - Uma Aventura Congelante treats slowly.
