Is my professor being abusive?

I've been debating whether to say anything, but I think my online teacher is being verbally abusive. He acts like he's making it easy for us, like showing how anterior students did out assignments to help us, but these assignments are in completely different formats than what we're supposed to be doing and aren't helpful AT ALL! Even if we do what the descrição says, he will nitpick that we didn't do it right at all and tell us to do something completely different. He even has an assignment that isn't available for Mac (which is what my computer is) and expects us to rent a laptop at the campus library, even though we can only have it for a week and they erase the memory on that laptop and we'd have to rent it again to do the final draft. He never talks about big details in papers and will even say unnecessarily rude and sarcastic comments on our assignments. Like saying that my solution to something is ridiculous or when I did a resume and I listed the computer software I can work with (which isn't much), he says "Really? That's all you know?". I even looked up past students reviewing him as a professor and a few of them said that he said "Your composição literária is annoying... grrr." I've also heard them say he's rude to his students and destroyed their confidence as a writer. He also criticizes us if we don't proofread and yet he never proofreads what he types in his feedback or for the assignments. I'm asking if he's abusive because I'm wondering if maybe I should denunciar him to the dean or somebody. What do you guys think?

He doesn't seem like a good teacher at all. When giving feedback, sarcasm is the LAST thing you want to use. Perhaps it'd be helpful to talk to the other teachers, or even the dean, about him. If he isn't helping the students, and isn't helping them grow to become better, he is not a good teacher.
