What should I do? (PLEASE ANSWER)

I have this over whelming feeling I am not good enough a I will never be good enough no matter what an it seriously destroying me inside. What causes this? Well I believe I am very stupid no matter what people say an the fact my parents never seem impressed por me makes it worse. . I may have autism which causes me t be "slower" an that fact make me feel even worse like I cant live up to what I want to do in life. I also have major self image issues to the point I almost smashed a mirror. Should I tell my therapist this or just try an keep it inside until she asks me how I feel about myself?

you don't need to feel bad about anything.. it happens to everyone... even me... it's just at a point we are tired of all our failures so our confidence just breaks down.. just try to happy.. if you feel bad aur low just share it with anyone you trust... spend time with friends.. and most importantly dont care about what others think about you.. and forget everything that happened it the past.. it is no longer part of your life.. you just don't need to explain yourself to anyone... just believe in yourself and work for what you actually want not what others want from you.. because it's your life not theirs not even your parents' so if you'll do what you want to everything will fall in place.. n lastly if want to visit a therapist it's upto you and you should never ever feel bad to speak out what you feel.. that's what kills us. just speak ..

You definetly need to see a Therapist because it this goes any farther it might be dangerous, and also you need to tell someone how you feel because keeping things inside isn't good for you and it actually only makes you feel worse.
