how do i change my ícone ?

i keep seeing pictures that i what my ícone to be but i dont know how to change my old one HELP ME!!!!!

Go to your perfil page

Click "view mais photos"

Click "upload new photo"

Choose fotografia to upload

Check the "make this image my user icon" button

Upload!
