Is this normal?

Okay, so i want to know if this is normal? I'm 13 and im terrified of sleeping in my room. I dont know why but im just scared to sleep in there. I was actually forced to last night and i spent the night crying, and i jump at every little noise. I swear i see things out of the corner of my eye too. But i dont know if they're really there? And i always get the chills when i go in there, and its just a really creepy feeling in there. What should i do? My parents are mad at me because i dont want to sleep in there but i feel uneasy in there :C

You could get a night light. It might help if you don't like being in the dark or if you have peixe in your bedroom you can leave the peixe tank light on all night.

I used to not sleep in my room as well. Try having a night light,or keeping the hallway light on.

No, it's not normal. Try listening to soothing música or have a security blanket. I'm 16 and I still sleep with my favorito stuffed toy. Also, don't watch scary filmes before bed.

don't worry, i used to get forced to sleep por myself since i was about 9 and it is totally normal, oi you know what used to help me feel better? turning on the alarm radio or just listening to my cell phone :) it just distracts from the whole creepiness of the room phase, or if you want you can get a night light, or a torch light maybe even, just so you wouldn't feel so scared anymore, and you'd be able to see that the scary shadows r just regular objects, hey, look on the bright side, at least you get a room all to yourself right? :D
you'll get used to it kid, trust me ^ ^
