How do I do this?

I see people all the time with symbols on their pfofile page and I want to know, how do I get these symbols? How are these people creating these hearts and stars they either have seguinte to their name or on their motto? There has to be a way I just can't figure it out. Any help? Thanx!

P.S. when I find symbols and then I press copy it sends it to the google serch box.
