Should I wait to give the note I wrote to my friend at school or when we go hanging out this weekend?

The note is about how I feel about her. I really wrote all my feeling into it. I asked if she'd be my friend no matter what. She said yes. Should I wait to give it to her at school tomorrow? Or should I not give it to her at all?
