have you guys heared of this person on twitter.....

Ok so theres this person on twitter called plasticbieber she's "11" and she claims that she has sex and does and says things 11 ano olds dont think about i was just wondering if any of you guys have heared of this person it's soo annoying me and my sister are very annoyed at the crap she says.
