I've been to a hospital once in my life. I had to go into surgery to have my wrist popped into place. Soon after that, I became a trypanophobic. But that's aside the point.

The people at the hospitals will help you get better. Without them, you could be in serious trouble. Don't worry about it, take deep breaths, perhaps even take something along with you that might calm you down. It can be anything.

I've never had to go to the hospital either. I'm sorry.. That really sucks...

I've only ever had to go to the hospital once because of a seizure...It wasn't that bad.

The only thing I don't like is when they make me get naked. Especially as a kid. That's horrifying! ...Unless you're in soo much pain that you just don't give a damn. Been there, done that. Way too sooner than I would've liked. Dx

Don't worry you'll be fine when you go to the hospital go to your happy place for example my happy place is pie,strawberries,soda,pizza,teen titan comic books,mc donalds you'll be fine trust me ;D

Just take a deep breath everything will be okay. Going to the Hospital will make you feel better. I recomend bringing something to do why you are waiting. You could be there for hours.

I have 2 shots when I was nine.
I actually just imagine its an ant. I actually failed imagining it but I never felt I was shot because of too much thinking of that ant XD. Try it that might work for you
