HELP ME!!!

Well, for me the best way to keep secrets and not get stressed por them is to forget about them. Like forget that your friends ever told them to you.

Or, if that doesn't work for you, you should be honest and tell your friends (in a nice way) "look. I appreciate that you trust me enough to confide in me and tell me all your secrets, but it is just stressing me out and overwhelming me. Is there any way you could possibly talk to somebody else about this?" If you do it in a respectful way then they will hopefully understand where you're coming from :)

ok well sometimes you have too tell them that you needs some o espaço for a dia or two but dont yell at then when you say i just need some o espaço and in 2 or 3 or even 4 days start helping again.
