isn't the Arqueiro a bit too,.. Straight across? It's normally mais in the right side. I think.

It's great so far! Really! But, and I'm just offering honest conselhos here, I think you could make the inner círculo mais circular instead of oval-ish. Then you could, also, tip the Arqueiro a little mais to the left instead of straight across. But other than that, it's good!
