Don't beat yourself up about it. amor is an ever-changing emotion. One year, you could be in amor with one person and then another year, you'll be in amor with another. Think of all the positive reasons as to why maybe the break-up was for the best. Convince yourself that it was all in the best interest of yourself. Don't worry about the people in your past, because there's a reason they didn't make it to your future.

Not to be a bitch, but you've only dated a month. And how old are you? Under 18? Probably, so you'll get over it. Trust me. There is other peixe (if you will) in the sea. There is someone else out there for you.

Awww sorry): my conselhos is remove everything that reminds you of her from around you. Like pictures and stuff like that.

That sucks. But you will get over her. It just takes time. You can't possibly expect to get over someone in a week. Just try to stay busy and keep your mind off of it.
