Critical Self-Analysis Time!

What is the absolute most repulsive thing that you hate? It can only be one thing (seriously, only one thing and nothing else)! Would you be willing to suffer through your other hated things- eat your least favorito food, listen to your least favorito song/band, etc.- just to not have to suffer that most hated thing EVER?
