PLEASE HELP!! I just found my dad & my friend in cama together! What should I do?

Ok so I just finished work and I was on my way início to confront my dad & my friend Amber.. When I arrived início I went inside ready for a heated argument with my dad & my friend. I could hear laughing & talking so I thought they were in the kitchen. But when was going down to my room I have to walk passed my dads room and thats when I saw them in cama together!! They were all over each other they were beijar and touching!! I feel so sick!! I just ran out of the house & got in the car. Im at my friends house now but I dont know what to do. Please help me!!

My best friend was tryin to help me but she doesnt know what to do! My dad & mom seperated. I dont live with my mum coz she remarried and moved away! I dont get on with her new husband! So i dont want to talk about it to them! I feel sick to my stomach about this!! I feel like running away and hiding!! Im never talking to my dad or friend ever again! They make me sick!

Though it's always disgusting and horrowing to imagine your dad and your friend in cama together, they are both grown adults and can make their own decisions in their life. So there's nothing you can really do about that.

However if your dad is still married to your mum, then that's when things get messy.

THAT up to them not you to make that decision. You should tell people how old they are because everyone thinks your friend is a minor.
