Does anyone else wonder?

Since Bible says Adam and Eve were the first people on earth,did they like have belly buttons or not? I asked someone and they nearly hit me,so im VERY curious.
Ps:if you tell me things like its fiction and stuff,then you just wanna be startin' something coz im christian and its true to me.
