Can you speak a segundo language fluently?

If you can't, what is the seguinte language you can speak the most of aside from you first one.

English is my first language and I suppose the seguinte language I can speak the best in is Spanish.

But that's like my mom. She's mostly Jewish and went to Hebrew school when she was little. She's always speaking Hebrew or Yiddish to me and I won't have a clue what she's saying.

^ It's not lost, it's dead. A dead language is a language that has no native speakers (those who have spoken it since birth). There are people who are fluent in Latin, just not very many.
