Are these names ugly?

So one dia my mom asked me what I would name my kids one dia and when I told her she told me that they were so ugly that she thought I should get counseling (yeah shes pretty strait forward).

Here are the names.

Girl: Henrietta, Tullia, Vienna,Paisley, Victoria, Constance, Germany, Dorothy, Milada, Michaelangela, Aneilla, Bernadette, Wayla, Nicola, Bernadette, Matilda, and Patience.

Boy: Pietro, Germain, Benedict, Quilliam, Check, Cadel, Beau, Basil, Britain, and Plaid.

What do you think of them?

I think most of the girls' ones are fine. Then again, I'm a person who would name her daughter Spencer. But why on Earth would you name your daughter Germany?!

I don't like the guy ones, though.

Not ugly... But old style. I mean some of them, the others are just plain odd.
People would say that it's your kid, your decision.
But it's not like that. Can you imagine how bullied a kid called 'Germany' will be??
And who will want to play with 'Check'?!
You get what I mean...
But I do like: Paisley, Bernadette and Beau very much. :)

Some of them aren't very good.

For girls, I liked Vienna, Paisley, Milada, Aneilla, and Patience.
For boys, I liked Cadel, Basil, and Britain. (Definitely go with Britain if he has blond hair and green eyes- //shooooooot)

The other ones... eh. If you shortened "Michaelangela" to maybe something along the lines of "Michaela" (pronounced like Mikayla; it was Miku's name in the Story of Evil), it would be a bit better, and then you can make her middle name "Angela" so then it would still pretty much be the same ^.^
