Sometimes. I like it with amendoim butter, which sound disgusting but it's pretty good.
But on it's own it's too bland, I feel like I'm chewing on water.

to answer your question, yes i do like celery. I like to eat it plain when i'm in a rush and feel a little peckish or to socialse with a variety of dips, especially chinese curry, caril *drools*
