Have you or any of your close relatives/friends been affected por swine flu?

I know this is old news, but H1N1 is still out there, believe it or not.
My dad was diagnosed with the virus just yesterday, so I wanted to know if there was anyone here who had been affected por the flu or any relatives or friends who had as well.
If you had, what was it like? How'd it affect you?

No, my family/loved ones haven't been affected por it. Although I did throw up this morning. :D

Yeah, I'm fine. I think I kinda deserved it though. One shouldn't eat so many Cheetos at once.

It's a proven flu virus, not some medical myth the government came up with to scare everyone into a frenzy. -.- But believe what you want.

No one that I know of got sick with it, but a few years atrás some high schoolers from the school I've been going to now got it. They didn't die; they got better.

Thanks ^^ I'm glad they're alright. The virus's pretty harsh towards whoever catches it, so it's good they survived.

Yeah... It's mais harsh on those who are either really little or really old. xD; I worry about things like this, so the way I see it is that you shouldn't worry about getting it or anything. And if someone did, just take care of it like any other sickness. Worrying wouldn't make it better. ^^;

i was the only one in my family
all i can say is that it really sucked.like,i just wanted die cuz there was nothing else i could do.but i felt alot better after the 2 weeks:)
