And I would. Why not? They are probably going to get some kind of death sentence later in some way I wouldnt get the money. So if they are dying one way or the other, why not profit from it? And given there is someone paying me to do it, there is bound to be some kind of people guarding my back if it wasnt the government hiring me to do it so yeah.

The short answer is yes, though, because there are certainly those that I believe the world would be better without, but that's restricted to a very specific list of types of people.

There are also people that I think deserve a fate worse than death, but that's a discussion for a different day.
