The fastest way to lose weight is starvation, which I DON'T recomment at all. I know people that starved themselves and almost got to the hospital and now they have the same weight as before. It's not good at all, and neither are pills or stuff like that. The things that doctors recommend us are the best way, even if it takes mais time. Try jogging at least 30 mins a dia (you don't need to run like an athlete) while listening to your favorito songs on your iPod - that makes it feel easier, at least for me. :) - Reduce the sweets and the pão and try to eat only when you are hungry, not when you just don't have something better to do. If you still want to eat after you've finished your meal, drink some water. It helps. :) Also, I know that it's not good eating at night, so it's better to have your jantar in the evening and not at 10 PM. I hope this helps. I've done most of them myself and I guarantee there will be good results. :)
You could try jogging for a little while each day. Gradually increase the distance you jog when you think you are ready to. You could also do push-ups on the side.
I'd say getting outside for an hora everyday. Jog, swim, something. I don't want people doing what me and my mom did por starving ourselves. She did that to impress my dad and I starved myself to impress a guy.
ok dont starv ur self heck no not the answer. the key is portion controle and carteio. u dont have to tstop eating just watch how much u eat. and make shir ur running or jump roping or whatever were ur constantly moving for at least an hora a day
Depends on how fast...if you mean by, like, seguinte week, either starve yourself (which, hah, I wouldn't recommend C: ) or exercise like fuck. Just watch what you eat, okay?
Run .5 to 2 miles every day, increasing how far you go based on how much you improve over time. Don't eat too much and don't eat too little, and eat things that are good for you and that will boost your metabolism. Try to take a little bit of everything from the comida triangle, but put a little emphasis on meat. Contrary to popular belief, meats that are cooked in a healthy way (NOT cheeseburgers) boost your metabolism because of all the protein, and proteins give you energy. I eat nothing but meat, am skinny as a twig, and have mais energy than I know how to deal with. So running and protein are my suggestions.
Don't starve yourself. Eat three square meals a day, and don't snack in between them. Go for a long walk every day. Eat breakfast (preferably cereal)because it jumstarts your metabolism. If you want to snack, eat fruit. Vegetables are good too. Don't drink soda or milk. And don't ear meat. Remember that losing weight should be about being healthy, not thin. Alot of thin people may look healthy on the outside but are real wrecks on the inside.
